PHILANTHROPY

Giving Back

Philanthropy is a top priority for Felt Films and all its associates. Creating and sharing stories that can move the masses and enlighten is only one way the company strives to better the world. Below, you’ll find a list of organizations the company supports through volunteerism, donations, and spreading the word.

Want to get involved? Here are some of Felt Films’ favorite charities:

This organization battles homelessness, a family at a time. So far, Michael has helped five single mothers and their children move into new homes over the last two years. He has also helped furnish the homes by collecting items the mothers need, from toiletries to furniture.

As a part of Michael’s work with PATH, he has donated to this organization, which operates thrift shops throughout L.A.

The ASPCA’s mission is to provide effective means for the prevention of cruelty to animals throughout the United States.

St. Jude is leading the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. When a child is treated at St. Jude, families never receive a bill for treatment, travel, housing or food – because all they should worry about is helping their child live.

In addition to rescuing animals that are suffering on the streets and in shelters, Hope for Paws educates people on the importance of companion animals in our society.

This charity that helps homeless animals was started by a family friend.

This organization helps to save the lives of homeless animals in L.A.

The club’s mission is to provide innovative and stimulating academic, leadership and recreational programming in a safe and nurturing environment to the underserved children and families in the historic Boyle Heights community.

The Wounded Warrior Project supports programs and services for wounded veterans. Its mission is to foster the most successful, well-adjusted generation of wounded service members in our nation's history.
